Abstract
Transthoracic two-dimensional echocardiography was used to detect a burst aneurysm of the left coronary sinus of Valsalva, which we present here. The left sinus of Valsalva has burst in very rare instances. This is to inform you that a 40-year-old male patient was diagnosed by transthoracic echocardiography with a left sinus of Valsalva rupture into the major pulmonary artery
